DevNet Sandbox setup "Active with error"

I am trying to setup a IOS XE on CSR Recommended Code sandbox but once setup completes the sandbox displays "Active with error" and the following output:

11:50:20 
----------------------------
Errors encourntered setting up user for VPN connection.
Lab Setup Failed.
Please use the forum at

11:50:23 ERROR: Errors encountered provisioning VPN session for user.

11:50:23 Errors occurred preparing environment.   Please use the forum at

11:50:23 Driver Complete.

Is this a hardware issue or perhaps a configuration error on my end?

Hey Marcel

Sorry, you had this issue, I would cancel your reservation and spin up a new/fresh one, sometimes when the sandbox is being built for you during the reservation an error does occur with the build, this is within the sandbox environment and not your side.

Let us know if this happens on your new reservation.

I've been facing the same error, and tried to make a new reservation three times but it did'nt work

Please cancel the reservation and start a new reservation, this should fix your issue.

im having the same issue and i started 5-6 new sessions all of them are the same. Im trying to open multi-ios sandbox. Please help me
