Collaboration lab issue

I re-started a collaboration 10.5 lab for the whole week (i couldn't extend on friday the lab i had last week time limit exceeded too bad)

Last week i was on rave09 and changing the VPN connection with FREEABCGROUP9 worked straightfully.

I modified the cisco router VPN settings according to the new lab setting on rave13 (we using external cisco voip phones)

VPN is not coming up...using FREEABCGROUP13..

as a test i tried another group and i was able to get the VPN up using FREEABCGROUP8 (weird...)

but i can't reach any machines..

what's wrong?

Hi Alain,

I am checking on this issue now.

Can you confirm that the tunnel is built (getting QM_IDLE), but you cannot ping the machines?

from the router "ping 10.10.20.1 source vlan1"

That ok. I can see it connects to group8 but there are no servers on that vlan for you as it was not selected.

This problem seems to be isolated to vlan13 with IPsec. I am troubleshooting now.

In the mean time, cancel your current reservation. we rebook on another vlan.

Don't rebook until I let you know.

Collaboration lab is up on rave04 i used FREEABCGROUP14

VPN is up

i can reach the CUCM server..

We are fixing the issue with RAVE13 and will release it back into the pool when it is tested.
