CICD Pipeline - Unable to deploy due to requested resource missing

Hi,

the last step 'deploy' is failing due to the error:

User "default" set.
2	WARNING: Using insecure connection to cluster
3	Cluster "default" set.
4	Context "default" created.
5	Switched to context "default".
6	Deploying to http://master:8001/api/v1/namespaces/kube-system/services/kubernetes-dashboard/proxy
7	Set deployment image cicd-helloworld
8	Error from server (NotFound): the server could not find the requested resource (get deployments.extensions demo-app-cicd)

Seeing the same. The instructions are a little outdated/inconsistent, e.g. IPs don't match the Sandbox lab, there is an extra 'kubernetes_token' attribute in the drone yaml file, set to a placeholder value, that isn't referenced at all in the Lab. I had problems with the git push command and had to use the force flag to get the push to complete. Someone needs to go through and validate the instructions are still accurate.
