Issues with DevNet Chat(Help)

Hello, I am trying to reach out to Devnet developer support via https://developer.cisco.com/site/devnet-chat/.

After I input my email and click on a conversation to join, and click Go, nothing happens.

Below is some of the output in the Google Chromes Developer tools when I click on Go.
