Missing Email for Cisco Modeling Lab

Team -

How do I have the Cisco Modeling lab re-email me the VPN credentials? I've been waiting for the email to come in for an hour. I've checked my spam filters and junk folders - nothing.

Please advise.

Hello @bolds04 there could be an issue with the sandbox set-up, if this happens the second connecting detail email is not sent. If the lab has been built without error and you wish to find your information. You can do this by going into your reservation, and clicking on the 'output' tab, this will open a shell-like box with set-up details and your AnyConnect information.

Thanks for the help. But my question is for CML Personal not the sandbox. I'm looking to spin it all up on my personal laptop. I'll reach out to my Account manager.
