Prime Infrastructure Always On Instance API unreachable

I'm currently unable to reach the always on Prime Infrastructure instance API. The response I'm getting is a 500 return code with the body:

    "message": "Could not open Hibernate Session for transaction; nested exception is org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: Unable to acquire JDBC Connection"
}

Is this system currently unavailable?
