Collaboration 14.0 having issues

The Collaboration 14.0 sandbox I currently have reserved is having issues.

The CUCM publisher shows "WARNING: Ungraceful shutdown detected - A rebuild of this node is highly recommended to ensure no negative impact (such as configuration or file system corruption). For rebuild instructions, see the installation guide."
and "WARNING: DNS unreachable" after login.

Configuration changes and even basic navigation around the "Cisco Unified CM Administrator" interface randomly reverts to the login page.

The CLI hangs at "Welcome to the Platform Command Line Interface"

Is the Collaboration 14.0 sandbox broken for everyone. or just my current instance?

Reserving another Collaboration 14 sandbox allows for navigation and administration, but continues to show "WARNING: Ungraceful shutdown detected - A rebuild of this node is highly recommended to ensure no negative impact (such as configuration or file system corruption). For rebuild instructions, see the installation guide." and "WARNING: DNS unreachable" after login.

Given no other responses, I guess this should simply be a warning that your results may vary.
