Cisco AppDynamics Sandbox - License expired

Hello,

I have reserved the Cisco AppDynamics Sandbox but got a warning that its license has expired and that it is possibly reversing to its Lite version from the Pro version. This happened with a newly reserved Sandbox.

The Lite version does not allow onboarding of new applications, from what I can see.

How could the Pro license be extended / how could I use the functionalities of AppDynamics in the Sandbox?

I AM HAVING ISSUES CONECTING TO NODES IN SAND BOX GETTING SAME ERROR , LICENSING NOT IP TO DATE

CHECKED MY ACCT , AND EVERYTHING IS UP TO DATE , HAVE REBOOTED SEVERAL TIME , DO I NEED TO KILL THE SAND BOX , AND START OVER AGAIN,, ?? MANY THANKS AHEAD OF TIME

Once the license is updated, you can reserve the sandbox again.

IS THIS SOMETHING THAT CISCO IS WORKING ON? OR SOMETHING I CAN DO TOO HELP
MYSELF , HAVE DEDICATED
LAB TIME , AND CANNOT LOG ONTO ANY OF THE CML LABS

This support chain is for Cisco AppDynamics Sandbox - License expired issue that was reported by user cprecup.

espinosatinee13 issue you are reporting is on CML Enterprise. I propose you open a new support ticket with the correct sandbox name you are reserving to get your issue addressed.
