FMC Sandbox Reservation Error - Active with error

I am trying to reserve sandbox for Firepower Management Center API Explorer.

It is being active with an error -

04:23:20 Lab setup has begun


04:23:35 Errors occurred during user provisioning on FMC.
Unfortunately, this lab is not currently functional.
Sandbox Staff have been informed of this error.

04:23:35 Lab setup complete

Not getting credentials in output or email.

Please help !

I am experiencing this exact same thing. Why have 4 other people had this issue with 310 views and yet no comments from the Sandbox Staff?

Hello,

I just reserved and used the FMC Sandbox without issue. However, the error you describe can and does happen from time to time with various sandboxes. Often, the best way to overcome this is simply to end the reservation and start a new one.
