    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have problem using sandbox with UCCX 11.6 as can be seen in attachment&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screen Shot 2022-06-21 at 17.46.21.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.cisco.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/154216iEF7B40E6F1689162/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Screen Shot 2022-06-21 at 17.46.21.png" alt="Screen Shot 2022-06-21 at 17.46.21.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jabber in remote desktop cannot login properly due to "Unable to communicate with server"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also have tried to use Jabber using my laptop but it's the same response&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screen Shot 2022-06-21 at 18.04.16.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.cisco.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/154217i9E1CCCC5E2F7B068/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Screen Shot 2022-06-21 at 18.04.16.png" alt="Screen Shot 2022-06-21 at 18.04.16.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So i havent't been able to use the sanbox at all for call and need assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
