ACI access issue

Hi I am not sure of one question. Do we need anyconnect vpn to access ACI in sandbox? Based on instruction, we need it. but after several trying, it looks like we do not need anyconnect vpn. I am not sure why it happened. Please see the below screenshot, where we can see the address in url is something related with sandbox. From the address, you think if we do not need to anyconnect vpn? Thanks

There are two labs one which needs reservation and one is always on which dosen't need any VPN connection

1)ACI Simulator 5.2

2)ACI Simulator AlwaysOn - V5

If you want to check multi tenancy and all features then you need to go for Reserved lab i think. Hope i have answered your question.
