Hi, There,

I am a newbie of sandbox, after I reserved a UCCE, it started today, I can connect to vpn, but after that I only can ping the HQ-gateway, can not connect to any other server like finesse cvp etc, what's the problem?

Please see the list below. I was able to reach all of the following devices. Could you try again and let me know? Could you also tell me which vpn address you are connecting to? I will not need the username and password, just the VPN address.

Hi, There,

I connected to the vpn address

https://64.103.37.4

I have try to ping the ip you have ping, like 10.10.20.1, it successed.

but the in the envionment diagram, the server address is like this

finesse : 10.10.20.60

CVP1 : 10.10.20.31

I can not ping them.

what is the purpose of using the UCCE lab ? What api's are you interested in using from this lab topology offering ?
