An update: I was able to get the connection to 10.10.20.161 without having to uninstall NordVPN; I just disabled the automatic startup of NordVPN services, less painful than the uninstall. Which does prove the existence of a conflict between AnyConnect and NordVPN. Thank you. I'll take this as a solution even if it's not 100% satisfactory but I can live with it.

I've been using CML 2.0 for a while now, and never had that problem before.

For the second day in a row, after successful VPN connection using Cisco AnyConnect I am unable to open https://10.10.20.161 to access CML web interface. I didn't change anything in my PC. Can someone tell me what might be the cause?

Hello, I have the same problem. I just found out that if I uninstall NordVPN, I can reach the lab platform at 10.10.20.161. Stopping the NordVPN process is not enough. It looks like NordVPN and AnyConnect create conflicting network adapters. That's how much I know but I'm still stuck with the problem. I can't uninstall NordVPN everytime I want to do a lab. I welcome any suggestion anyone can provide.

Check your local routing table, you might need to put in static route to direct traffic over the the sandbox VPN.

Hope this helps.

Hello Bigevilbeard,

Never too late but you were on the right track. All AnyConnect routes in my Windows routing table had a gateway of 192.168.254.1 when they should have 192.168.1.254. Fixing this let me reach 10.10.20.161. Thank you so much.

I still have to disable NordVPN to reach it but as I mentioned earlier, I can live with that. At least, at last: I can do labs!!

Remains the question on why the gateway addresses were incorrect, is this because of AnyConnect?

Not sure on your gateway question, i guess it depends how the VPN is set up.
