&lt;P&gt;I would end the reservation and then start a new one, restarting your computer in the meantime.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't work, you could open a Sandbox Support Request by clicking on the green 'Report a Sandbox Issue' button on this page:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.cisco.com/t5/devnet-sandbox/bd-p/4426j-disc-dev-devnet-sandbox" target="_blank"&gt;https://community.cisco.com/t5/devnet-sandbox/bd-p/4426j-disc-dev-devnet-sandbox&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The more info you can share, the better, such as Sandbox name, URL, Operating System, screenshots, etc.&lt;/P&gt;
