    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hii Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am getting an error "Connection to the Server cannot be established (Certificate Exception)"&lt;BR /&gt;from Cisco Unified Serviceability&amp;gt;Tools&amp;gt;Service Activation&amp;gt;Server(hq-cups.abc.inc--CUCM IM and Presence)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To resolve that following steps I have followed:&lt;BR /&gt;Cisco Unified Operating System Administration&amp;gt;Security&amp;gt;Certificate Management&lt;BR /&gt;Click on Find and create self signed certificate and downloaded .pem file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After that upload certificate(.pem) file but it is showing an error "Certificate is self signed".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here I want to know that which type of certificates we need to upload like I need to create own windows 10 ssl or which steps we need to follow.
