Error: "Certificate is self signed"

Hii Team,

I am getting an error "Connection to the Server cannot be established (Certificate Exception)"
from Cisco Unified Serviceability>Tools>Service Activation>Server(hq-cups.abc.inc--CUCM IM and Presence)

To resolve that following steps I have followed:
Cisco Unified Operating System Administration>Security>Certificate Management
Click on Find and create self signed certificate and downloaded .pem file.

After that upload certificate(.pem) file but it is showing an error "Certificate is self signed".

Here I want to know that which type of certificates we need to upload like I need to create own windows 10 ssl or which steps we need to follow. I am attaching the screenshot

Please help and suggest.
