    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Yesterday I had a succesfull session with the Broadworks sandbox (I'm writing a XSI client).&lt;BR /&gt;This morning, I reserved the box again, but after the usual 2 minutes I've got no activation mail. I checked on website, the box is flagged "active with error" and the output log says:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;09:05:42 Setup has begun&lt;BR /&gt;Beginning sandbox setup&lt;BR /&gt;Preparing connectivity&lt;BR /&gt;Apps deployment started&lt;BR /&gt;Apps are being discovered...&lt;BR /&gt;Group Creation started&lt;BR /&gt;error:Cannot assign account, please raise a case in sandbox forum&lt;BR /&gt;Sandbox setup finished successfully&lt;BR /&gt;09:06:20 Errors occurred preparing environment. Please use the forum at&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://communities.cisco.com/community/developer/sandbox" target="_blank"&gt;https://communities.cisco.com/community/developer/sandbox&lt;/A&gt; for assistance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Already tried to cancel and re-reserve the sandbox, same error.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;...same error this morning. And I can't continue my work without a working sandbox...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As a test, I created a new Cisco account with a provisional email, and it got the sandbox without errors, so it's an account problem. Still the only option listed in the output is to leave a message here... &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
