Make times in labs (reservation times, etc) show in local TZ

Can we please get the we UI for the sandbox labs to show in our own local timezone, whatever that is? Or have a drop-down to pick what timezone it should display in in our profile?

Second related request - all timestamps shown *should always include the TZ they're in*. For instance, "4/14/2023 4:13:00 AM" should read "4/14/2023 4:13:00 AM UTC", as a reminder that this site is like no other in existence.

You can change preferred timezone at the right top corner.

Oh, dur.

Somehow I read "location" in that dropdown and it didn't connect that it wasn't "location" but "timezone".

Thanks! Hopefully this post will help the possibly 3 other people in the world who made the same oversight. 🙂
