The error message "Connection to the Server cannot be established(Certificate Exception)" is typically caused by a mismatch between the certificates on the Call Manager Publisher and Call Manager Subscriber.

To resolve this issue, you can follow these steps:

On the Call Manager Publisher, go to Cisco Unified OS Administration > Security > Certificate Management.

Click Find and select the tomcat.pem certificate.

Click Regenerate.

On the Call Manager Subscriber, go to Cisco Unified OS Administration > Security > Certificate Management.

Click Find and select the tomcat.pem certificate.

Click Regenerate.

Restart the Cisco Tomcat service on both the Call Manager Publisher and Call Manager Subscriber.

Once you have completed these steps, you should be able to access Cisco Unified Serviceability from the Call Manager Publisher and Call Manager Subscriber without any errors.

Here are some additional troubleshooting tips:

Make sure that the certificates are valid and not expired.

Make sure that the certificates are issued by a trusted certificate authority.

Make sure that the certificates are configured correctly on both the Call Manager Publisher and Call Manager Subscriber.

If you are still having problems, contact Cisco Technical Support for assistance.
