Hello

I can access this Sandbox over the VPN, but the credentials provided for the device's HTTPS interface are invalid.

Can anyone help?

I was able to reserve a sandbox and login to the device using: admin / Adm!n123456799&

If still not working for you, might try end/re-reserving. If that still doesn't work will let the Sandbox admin folks respond 🙂

Hi,

Can confirm that one of the kits are configured with an incorrect password.
We will take this out of our pool, fix and get it back in.
Will update thread when done.
