In my experience no, bespoke requests such as this are not possible due to increased security risk. I did see in another thread you can submit sandbox update request form https://form.asana.com/?k=wVNW5gx6K6-ibpT8ndH2hg&d=5557457880942 and sandbox team will evaluate it and assign engineer for the update.

As this might take a little while -I would suggest trying the dCloud labs as they are more open for customer testing, where the sandbox are build inline with the DevNet Learning Labs

Hope this helps.

Sandbox Firewall Port blocking ?

Hi all,

We want to process real-time data from an external server into the sandbox using the WebSocket TCP port 27864. The application works in the sandbox without any issues over port 443, but the realtime data via WebSocket is not being displayed. It appears that the sandbox is blocking this port 27864.

Is there a way to open the port?

Thanks in advance

Patrick
