@StewartITConsulting tested in a Chrome incognito browser Tue 17 Oct 2023 12:14:12 BST - seems ok, slow to load (which is normal on this sandbox due to the volume of users). Username/password as documented work ok.

Thanks for the prompt reply! [Beginner] I am using Windows 11, and understand nothing else is needed in order to access the sandbox APIC (which is described as always ON) -- once I am logged in ... Will try again.

@StewartITConsulting that is correct - you can access the always on sandbox from any device which is connected to the internet. The always on sandbox do get a lot of traffic and users, so access at peak times can be a challenge.
