Cannot RDP into devbox

I can’t RDP into my lab’s DevBox instance. I confirmed that I can SSH into it though…

I have tried connecting via RDP through Firefox, Chrome, and MS Remote Desktop, but none of which works. For the first two, I instantly just get a message that shows "You have been disconnected" when I do nothing, and when I spam click I get some other countdown message that it's attempting to establish a connection over and over. For Remote Desktop, after I enter the login credentials, the window just closes out.

Which sandbox is this? If you are following a learning lab and it says you can do this then it would work. Check the instructions in the sandbox and see if says the ports are open for the devbox for RDP. Typically sandbox devices are only open on the ports listed.

Hey @bigevilbeard thanks for the reply. Sorry, I should've specified that info. It's the Edge Intelligence sandbox and yes it definitely says I'm supposed to be able to (see screenshot below). I successfully connected to VPN and can SSH, but RDP was failing.

Might be due to the migration to the new sandbox version. Would check back in a couple of days.

Did you find a fix? I'm attempting the same sandbox if thats the one for Edge Intelligence and having the same issue. Can SSH but cant RDP and the web credentials don't work. RDP just results into a automatic disconnect same as you.
