Hi - I've got 'active with error' messages when trying to reserve a NSO sandbox today (twice) - can someone please help? I'm not receiving any email with connection details.

This can happen if the sandbox is busy and there is a build error, normally waiting a day resolves 99% of the issues. I would suggest try and reserve one today and see if that comes up without errors. I have not seen any other community space messages with this sandbox having build issues, so could be one off.

Hi, I am facing the same problem. Since yesterday every time I am trying to reserve NSO sandbox, setup finishes with fatal error and status changes to 'Active with Error'. I've tried many times yesterday and 3 times today. Can it be resolved in any way?

@agchudy suggest to start new thread and provide your sandbox id so the team can check this.
