    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi IoT DevNet Team,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Attempted to perform two IoT learning labs over a span of two weeks. Each time I've encountered the following message when attempting to connect to the dashboard.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Followed the instructions and using the provided credentials, Cisco VPN (AnyConnect). Unable to connect.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Read other post associated with Dashboard error messages like:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;H3&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.cisco.com/t5/devnet-sandbox/iot-operations-dashboard-api/m-p/4962974#M8910" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Re: IoT Operations Dashboard API&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;but believe this is not related. Posted inquires there and received feedback from A. Stevenson that he too is unable to access the Dashboard.&lt;/H3&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please assist with error messages that indicate upgrades, modifications or platform messages to help users realize the issue is with the platform and not their setup.&lt;/P&gt;
