Cisco CML Sandbox Availability

Good Evening All,

I have tried to launch the CML Sandbox from https://devnetsandbox.cisco.com/DevNet a few times today and each time it was at its capacity. Is there a particular time of day / day of the week where it is more likely to be available? I am on GMT time.
