Appserver VM errors

Now I am connected and use Putty to log into my app server VM 10.10.20.10 I can login but immediatley get errrors when running any standard Linux command.

ls: /lib64/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.20' not found (required by /opt/appdynamics/appdsmartagent/lib/libpreload.so)
ls: /lib64/libstdc++.so.6: version `CXXABI_1.3.9' not found (required by /opt/appdynamics/appdsmartagent/lib/libpreload.so)
ls: /lib64/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.21' not found (required by /opt/appdynamics/appdsmartagent/lib/libpreload.so)

Also trying to upload the AppD Agent Winscp reports no SFTP server running . The above errors on all command stop me diagnosing any further

sandbox is AppDynamics On-Prem Platform-20240115T10204460

Looks like from the error, libstdc++ library on the VM is too old and lacks the required symbols for the AppDynamics Smart Agent (libpreload.so) to function correctly for your needs here. I am not sure if you can update this, as sudo might be locked for users.

sudo is locked ( and will be reported apparantly as i did try 🙂

I suppose its a full on support ticket then..

I think the community is the only support method support now. So hopefully one of the team is able to read this and advise.
