Please try again".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, using &lt;A href="https://devnetsandboxlabs.cisco.com/rave06" rel="nofollow" style="font-size: 12px; font-family: arial; color: #0a63a7;" target="_blank" title="https://devnetsandboxlabs.cisco.com/rave06"&gt;devnetsandboxlabs.cisco.com/rave06&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;, or it's IP address or that with &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="https://" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;https://&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; in front if it does not seem to matter.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-john&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Lab Network Address for JabberClient Sandbox</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received an email that my sandbox is ready.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The lab network address is written as: devnetsandboxlabs.cisco.com/rave06.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I enter that into anyconnect as the server to connect to I get Connection attempt failed. Please try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was I supposed to get an IP address?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My lab user ID is jmennear.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;john&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you confirm that you had the full hostname entered in to the Anyconnect client? i.e.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="https://devnetsandboxlabs.cisco.com/rave06" onclick="" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #0a63a7; text-decoration: underline;"&gt;https://devnetsandboxlabs.cisco.com/rave06&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;. The https dose not really matter when using the Anyconnect client. It becomes important if you wanted SSL VPN or wanted to download the client initially.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried this today from a remote network and it worked fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Joe &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was able to try again today from this PC I am typing on right now - so, I know the internet is working on it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am in France, would that prevent me from accessing &lt;A href="https://devnetsandboxlabs.cisco.com/rave06" rel="nofollow" style="font-size: 12px; font-family: arial; color: #0a63a7; text-decoration: underline;" target="_blank" title="https://devnetsandboxlabs.cisco.com/rave06"&gt;https://devnetsandboxlabs.cisco.com/rave06&lt;/A&gt; ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a brand new Window 8 system, obtained here in France.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have not VPN'ed into any networks other than WIFI into a LiveBox account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can ping devnetsandboxlabs.cisco.com, but I cannot ping the /rave6.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I ping devnetsandboxlabs.cisco.com I get this result:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;C:\Windows\system32&amp;gt;ping devnetsandboxlabs.cisco.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pinging devnetsandboxlabs.cisco.com [64.103.37.21] with 32 bytes of data:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reply from 64.103.37.21: bytes=32 time=305ms TTL=240&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reply from 64.103.37.21: bytes=32 time=82ms TTL=240&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reply from 64.103.37.21: bytes=32 time=85ms TTL=240&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reply from 64.103.37.21: bytes=32 time=82ms TTL=240&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I turned my firewall off and tried the test and it still failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any thoughts as to what I have set incorrectly on this PC that is preventing me from connecting via Cisco Anyconnect?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-john&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;HI,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Solution is to downgrade to Anyconnect Client 3.1. The Jabber guest lab does not currently support Anyconnect 4.0. This will be corrected in the next maintenance window.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Joe Kearns&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
