How do I access my new DevNet Shared Sandbox for Jabber

I just signed up for the sandbox and received an email of
approval, just this morning.

The web-site says that I need to wait for my user ID and PW
to be sent in an email, and the email says I need to go to developer.cisco.com
to get my requested information.

I did find a comment in the forum that the ip address of the
IM&P server is at 10.10.20.9. But, I think I need more information to start
using CAXL.

Do I wait for another email?

Currently users and devices for the shared Sandbox are provisioned by the Developer Support team by request (we hope to automate this process shortly.) The team should be online soon (CST), so please stand by for an additional welcome email including VPN access instructions, Sandbox user credentials, and other details...

Hi Zhen,

當您申請新的沙箱時, 您應該會收到由devNet 寄來的Email, 裡面會有CUCM及VPN的資訊. 其他的部分都是一樣的

你好，已经向 jabber-dev-support@cisco.com.发送了邮件，但是还是给你发送一封请求解答：

我看到cisco更新了VPN的版本，所以在DevNet labs上申请了Collaboration 10.5 Lab的使用，这个应该是沙箱实验室吧？

现在有几个问题想请教：

1. 通过网上沙箱实验室可以完全实现虚拟运行吗？

2. 旧版本的sample及VPN程序还可以并且在将来能够使用吗？

3. 新版本与旧版本的沙箱环境都有哪些改变？

4. 新版本的沙箱环境，CUCM地址及用户名、密码如何查找、申请？我收到的邮件里没有CUCM的说明（附件是我接收的邮件截图）

5. 有没有完整的针对新的沙箱环境的说明书？

以上几点是我对新的沙箱环境的疑问，烦劳解答，谢谢！
