Where did this doc go???

Hello all,

It's always hard to find great docs on CCO so when you find one it's like

pure gold

For Communications Manager Upgrades and Voice Compatibility this one was the

"Mac Daddy";

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/compat/ccmcompmatr.html.

It was comprehensive, up to date and all encompassing. In fact, it is almost impossible to plan

an upgrade without including it as part of your project planning. So...........................what does Cisco

do but get rid of it and send you to a link that eventually will link you back to it and then back to the link

and so on and so on. Why,why,why!!!

Actually...this morning it's giving me the famous Cisco

The Page You Have Requested Is Not Available

You know what I mean....the Cisco Disco.

Please reinstate this doc ASAP.

I know! I just discovered it around 4:30pm central yesterday. They even removed a link to it on here: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_device_support_tables_list.html

I'm guessing it's a glitch or some new tool is coming.

Thanks for pointing out that the "CUCM Software Compatability Matrix" was missing on Cisco.com – a publishing glitch, as it turns out. The CUCM doc team researched your question and has corrected the problem. The "CUCM Software Compatibility Matrix" is now on Cisco.com at:

invaluable doc YAHOO!! It's truly one of the best on CCO and

it would have been a real shame to see it disappear. You deserve

Wonder if Cisco could make these link dynamic on Ipad. Or it is an ipad issue? im sure on a web browser on a PC it will work...Any idea out there please?

Hi l.caringal,

Yes, it is an ipad issue - currently the app does not support live links, you have to copy the link from the app and paste into your browser. Live links are on the list for future ipad/iphone support, but no specific schedule. I use the ipad app myself so I'm looking forward to this also.
