&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#0000FF"&gt;What user on the CLI are you trying to authenticate. Please wait 40 minutes and&amp;nbsp; try the CLI user admin. Reminder that the user admin is not the same as the user admin from GUI. they have different authentications. Let me know if you can connect via admin CLI then&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Again the GUI user is NOT the same for the CLI they are different authentication, on the creation of the ova it was mandatory to create a passwords for the CLI admin user.&amp;nbsp; even though they have the same name they are not the same. also if you have the correct password for the CLI user wait 40 minutes to try again .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;for troubleshooting we will need that access via SSH, if you are unable, perhaps a new ova where you can regain the access via ssh will be required&lt;/P&gt;</description>
