      <title>Unable to access SNTC portal</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Its been over 24 hours since I received the email stating that I have access to the portal but I am still seeing the message "&lt;SPAN&gt;You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection" when trying to log in&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
