    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Trying to get assistance this way as it seems it has solved similar issues for other people in the past.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. I try to login (&lt;A href="https://www.cisco.com/web/smartservices/sntc.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.cisco.com/web/smartservices/sntc.html&lt;/A&gt;)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. I get redirected to&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.cisco.com/web/fw/tools/ssue/apps/ssueap2.0/prod/#/promo" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.cisco.com/web/fw/tools/ssue/apps/ssueap2.0/prod/#/promo&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. If i click Register it says I already have an account and will be redirected to Smart Net Total Care Portal.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Catch 22. Any idéas would be appreciated :-)&lt;/P&gt;
