CSCup81379 - Need more logic before we print ROUTING-LDP-4-DUP_ADDRS syslog

Output for "show mpls ldp structs dup-addr", showing me Address and Peer info, but not able to find address in "Addresses bound to this peer" for other peers. and having only 1 route to this address. How could i conclude that this is a duplicate address? And How to find other peer which is sending this duplicate address.

1. In the 'show mpls ldp structs dup-addr' take the duplicate address and peer id.

2. Collect 'show mpls ldp neighbor' and search this duplicate address in 'Addresses bound to this peer' section. Look at Peer LDP Identifier.

3. Routers from step 1 and step 2 have duplicate IPs.
