    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm not familiar with this lab and I don't know who maintains it, but if you're just interested in making it work, then the issue seems to be that the NSO environment variables were not loaded.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Usually you execute 'source path/to/ncsrc', but here source is not installed, so you can use '.' instead.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;NSO seems to be installed under /app/nso/ncsrc.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So you can do:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;PRE&gt;# which ncs
# . /app/nso/ncsrc
# which ncs
/app/nso/bin/ncs
#
&lt;/PRE&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This seems to be enough for the first lab.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I simply added&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Yftach's suggestion to the steps to take for now, we might have to rework the lab eventually though.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
