I do not appear in the list of Cisco Partners in my country, but I already have a registration in Cisco.com

What's up, I have a question, I'm processing a DNA and a support policy, but the distributor asks me to be a Cisco Partner, I tell the supplier that I already have my Cisco account, I registered in January of this year, but for For some unknown reason, the name of my company is not shown as a Partner on the Cisco page and therefore they cannot associate the DNA with my company.
Am I missing any procedure to be done to be a Cisco Partner?
At this time I appear as a Reseller Partner.

For your question, I would recommend 2 things. If you belong to a Cisco Partner I would recommend to contact with your Cisco agent/contact to review why you don’t appear in the partners list. And review this DNA question
