Hi paullepper,

You didn't mention the model of phone, the mode it's being used in [SIP, SPCP, or SCCP], or the call control being used so I'll assume you're asking about a SPA5xx IP phone in SIP mode: You could potentially program an XML speed dial to perform the task you're looking for.

Regards,

Patrick

----------

We have a switchboard that is operated by three individuals using the attendent console application. Calls are routed using script and time of day. I'm looking to see if there is a way that if all operators were to leave for an emergency that a button can be depressed to indicate all AC users are busy/unavailable to reroute calls to an answering service.

Maybe I posted in the wrong thread here. But, we use model 7965G, dual side cars, SCCP. Under normal circumstances, setting up ACD agents with desktop attendance console would be the ideal solution.

Ah yes, please try a different forum. The folk here tend to know SIP and SPCP.

Good luck,

Patrick

----------
