SPC and firmware for Cisco SPA504 and SPA502

My company just recieved SPA525, SPA504 and SPA502 to deploy. I have found firmware and SPC for SPA525. However I am unable to locate SPA504/502 firmware and SPC. Can someone tell me where I may download this at?

This isn't like 7900 series phone. How can we push the language if we used the UC520?

You will need CLI for this.

First, upload the French locale and English locale files to your UC500 and enter tthe following commands:

tftp-server flash:<<>> alias English_United_States/SCCP-dictionary.xml

tftp-server flash:<<>> alias French_France/SCCP-dictionary.xml

telephony-service

user-locale FR

network-locale FR

create cnf

Factory reset your SPA phone and reboot.

This is already done. I check the output of the debug tftp events and all this files are opened and finished. My problem is even with the newest package for the UC520, I don't see any load for the firmware for the SPA504G. Can I use the load for the SPA525G or other?

A part of my phone display is in french an another part is an english. Here is the output of the debug;

There is no firmware in the package for SPA500 because the manufacturing load is the latest one. Are you seeing any problems still with the localization?

The system is getting the files from the ITS directory. You need to specify the path to your files on the flash. The commands were in my previous post.

I agree with you but I can't find the dictionnary for the SPA504G for UC520. The only thing I found is the latest load (spa5x5-7-1-3c.bin). Where can I find the dictionnary (complete package) and then but those en flash with the correct tftp-server localization?

When in SPCP mode, the phone gets information about what text to display, so I am not surprised that it would be grabbing some language files from the UC. Are you still having problems?

Yes, we still have problem. He phone still look in the ITS and load the dictionnary.xml from there instead of flash.
