Hi. I want to automatically upload URL's to the content category ticket form. Is there an API to connect to that would allow for this? Thank you!

I hope you are doing fine

From the WSA side, you can enable "End-User Misclassification Reporting"

so if there are any issues with the classification, your users can submit the link.

For automatic reporting, Im not sure about what are the conditions that you are referring to, but, in general we do not have this option in the WSA.

I have not been able to find any reference to an api that let you create category or reputation dispute tickets.

Thank you for your response @amojarra

We use Cisco Talos to categorize our websites. I am not sure what you mean by WSA but having an option for end userse to submit those links would be great.

When I say automatic reporting, I would just want to automatically fill out the ticket with some data such as the url wanting to be unblocked/categorized and submitting that to talos through our servicenow platform without having to manually enter every url that is submitted by my organization.

Sounds great, but the reality is it will get abused to hell, so they put it on a website requiring a login and a captcha and limit how many you sumbit at a time...

To submit new site Categorization or re-categorization, this should be done manually via a service request.

Kindly be advised : Individuals may only submit 50 URLs at one time. Only Cisco TAC engineers and other support personnel can submit bulk lists, on behalf of a customer.
