Sometimes you can get in via the serial console and run the "reload" command in order to wipe the WSA back to factory defaults.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I reloaded the WSA applaince and it stopped working. It is up but no traffic. I cannot get access via HTTP, SSH and Console. Opened a TAC and the engineer requested to replace the applaince. I did a interface test thru the "enablediag" and I was able to ssh the applaince but got the same error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
