Uncorrect URL categorization?

Why does our ironport S-appliance categorize login.icq.com as URL Filtering Bypassed?

I checked online service on support page and got correct result for login.icq.com - Chat.

Is it bug?

AVS,

I'm showing that my WSA using DB 2016, this URL is properly categorized as Chat.

Please check your DB version using the CLI command "version".
