Hi,

we had 100% the same problem with the application missmatch in a new setup with the same version.

Cisco provided a CLI command to initialize the the updates again. This wasn't working. To cut the story short, it was fixed by cisco support technicians via remote access. After the fix, one can run the Cli command to initialize the updates again.

Support is stating that this is a problem in 7.1.3 and will be fixed in 7.1.4.

I have two S670's that I am configuring for our network. We are running Version 7.1.3-021 for Web.

One one WSA, under Access Policies, it shows it is monitoring 115 Applications. On the other WSA, only 18 Applications are monitored.

The Acceptable Use Controls Engine Updates Version are the same, although the dates are not.

What am i missing?

Thank you.
