I,m using a ironport s370 and I need to permit just one video of dailymotion page for a course, but without allow the rest of the domain .

Is there a way to do this?

Hello Eder,

It is possible to achieve this by creating a regex for the specific link under the custom url category, which you could then import into your access policy and set it to allow.
