Report on S650 Web appliance

Is any way to generate reports that shows web client activity per destination web site? for example:

10.20.30.40 --> www.yahoo.com
10.20.30.40 --> www.playboy.com (blocked)

Can this be obtained using Sawmill reports?

It can be obtained through Sawmill. I've been VERY impressed with the Sawmill reports!

You could also use SquidReporter or some opensource tools to analyze the logs and create reports. But if you got a copy of Sawmill with your S650, use it -- it's excellent.
