    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Josh,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;  Have you heard of Success Criteria? &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt; I already created a document to be signed by the client that all what he wanted on WSA were tested and working.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Im just thinking if Ironport have this kind of document format so we can just forward it to the client .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

If I understand correctly, you would like your customers (the party using the WSA) to have a document that they can sign and send to you. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What would this document declare?
