    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt; vance &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i resolved this issue once i was issued with a new temporary licence&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i applied the licence to the vm but it made no difference so i tinkered&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin-bottom: 12pt;"&gt;- i enabled the https proxy and generated a new certificate &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- i enabled credential encryption&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- i allowed traffic to pass if auth failed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;still no joy so i disabled all these and it now works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i applied the same on the other vm, without a licence update, and it now works too&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;looks like it needed the http proxy enabled and then disabled to wake it from being dormant&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks again for your help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;folks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my s300v has stopped passing https traffic and the feature key is marked as dormant in the status column&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;there are 17 days left on my license per the time remaining column&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;would the 'dormant' status stops the appliance from processing traffic?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks to anyone replying &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I believe the HTTPS proxy feature may be disabled.&amp;nbsp; You may confirm this by going to Security Services &amp;gt; HTTPS Proxy.&amp;nbsp; Make sure it is enabled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Vance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
