Hi There,

I tried to block facebook and youtube Via CX ( Security manager), it is working fine for Chrome and Mozila but when i am trying to access from internet explorer it is not working. I am able to access both facebook and youtube.

I followed the below guide but no luck.

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/asacx/9-2/user/guide/b_User_Guide_for_ASA_CX_and_PRSM_9_2/prsm-ug-use-cases.pdf

Many thanks

Is there some proxy servers

Is there some proxy servers configured on IE? Basically Chrome do use the same settings as IE, but maybe there is some deep settings that allow IE to pass another network route. I've just made a test rule and it works in IE as well as in Chrome.

Thanks for your response, i also had the doubt on the proxy setting but nothing was configured, may be some other settings due to which it is bypassing that policy.
