About once a week, all users receive WWW_AUTH_REQUIRED notifications and can't access sites on the internet. For URL: it appends http://ironportdevice to the front.

The issue is resolved for a while after rebooting all of the WSAs. Reported in both IE and Firefox. I've already changed the 'redirect hostname' to be the shortname (WSA7 as opposed to WSA7.company.com) and the issue persists.

Hello, thanks for responding.

1 - All users going through that particular WSA receive the message or popup in FF & IE.

2 - We only have 1 AD domain

3 - Yes, they are still able to access the WSA host names from their machines when this happens. It starts working properly once the WSA is rebooted
