Hi Guys,

i hope i can find here some Solution for our S100V.

Since we updated to ASyncOS 10.1.2-036, we have a random Error that occurs without any specific Reason.

No User can go to the Internet anymore, popup comes up and ask for Authentication.

We have a AD group that authenticate Users, to go over the Proxy to get in the Internet.

It seems that the WSA lost the Ability to read the AD and the Groupmembership.

I attached a Screenshot of a Policytrace, where you can see the Errormessage.

Thanks and Regards

Marcus L.

Hi,

Would recommend to open TAC case on this issue.

Also in 10.1.2 we do have defect in authentication that causing the appliance to not responding well and authentication failed due to memory that authentication process uses.
