    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;BR /&gt;Ironport S170 server does not work due to problem with hard disk drives and I have other server S 170 which is working , my ask if I take a hard disk from that one is working then I install it in the faulty server , please if it possible let my know the steps to do that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help ASAP&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regard&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Technically it should work. if other one working why you like to move to fault one.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Best approach is, take the backup and resotre. and if the kit is faulty&amp;nbsp; why not raise TAC case for RMA ?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry let me correct my statement, it is not good practice to open the kit and change the HDD.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I do not see the reason you can work on the one working ? if other one brokenRMA is good option&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>No he means you need to get your config off of the broken box and get it replaced under your support agreement.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;RMA = return materials authorization.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
