WSA renew certificate - Unable to access HTTPS

Hello,

I renewed the certificate for WSA the other day.

I created the CSR and the signed authority did not sign it as a sub CA but with a server template.

The outcome was that we did not have internet connectivity until we created the right certificate.

Is that normal, or is it a bug behavior?

That is if we create a csr the previous cert is not valid anymore??
